COUNTRY CHARMER two story home with 3 bedrooms (queen, double, twin, six person maximum), 2 full bathrooms, laundry, all linens, fully furnished kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, wireless internet, central air, furnished back deck overlooking fields and hills with incredible sunsets, and partially shaded. Picnic table and patio set on the deck and grill on the lawn for that perfect eat outdoors weather. Enjoy the closeness of Dreams Park, Hall of Fame, museums, shops, parks and the gorgeous Lake Otsego. Take the Glimmerglass Tour Boat ride with a history commentary in enclosed glass seating or on top for fresh air and sunshine. Summary: This was the perfect place to stay for our week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was extremely clean, comfortable and well furnished. We had everything we needed for our stay and our hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything. I hope to rent again in a few years when the younger brother is ready for Cooperstown!

Summary: The house was very cozy and felt like being home. My husband and I stayed with our daughter and my inlaws for my son's week long baseball tournament. With the house being only minutes away from the ballpark, we were able to run back to the house several times a day, if needed, between games. John and Veronica were very friendly and easy to reach with any concerns we had during our stay. We highly recommend the Cank's house if you're visiting Cooperstown.

Summary: My family stayed here for my son to play at Dreams park. The location was perfect for coming back to relax and eat between games. The house was very clean and the owners were absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone playing at dreams park!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Cank’s Home Plate during our son’s tournament. The house was clean and very convenient to the park and downtown Cooperstown. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Summary: This property was exactly as advertised. It we very neat and clean and very comfortable. The husband stopped by to make sure we were all set and within a half hour the wife did the same offering us local info and her direct numeber should we need anything. They over deliverd on their great hospitaility and being real nice people.
